Fee Schedule: Payment Plan Options
Please note: You will be billed upon receipt of your collection kit and will only pay for the services rendered.
Package 1: Annual Storage (includes initial payment and first year storage fee)

Note: Subsequent storage payment begins after your child’s first birthday. Annual storage is $125 per year plus HST. This fee is subject to future storage price increases upon 90 days written notice prior to the expiry of the then current storage period.
Package 2: Prepaid Storage (includes initial payment + 17 years prepaid storage)

Note: The pre-payment option represents a saving of $400 and secures against annual storage rate increases over the 18 years of the contract. Once storage is initiated, prepaid storage fees are non-refundable unless the cord blood is used for medical treatment.
Package 3: Peace of Mind (payment by credit card only and subject to credit approval)
IMPORTANT: Not eligible for clients who are scheduled for delivery 4 weeks prior to due date.
- Fixed rate of $75 per month for 60 months
- Includes collection kit, maternal infectious disease testing, processing, taxes and courier from major airports to Insception facility.
- Guarantees storage for 18 years, with no fee increases.
- Multiple births: Add $75 per month for each additional child
Note: In the event of early cancellation post processing and storage of the sample, client is responsible for fee payments to a total of $1200 for processing and any unpaid storage amount due at the time of cancellation.
Multiple Births for Package 1 and Package 2 – for each additional birth the cost is:
