Quality in our Processes
Insception develops and employs Quality Management systems, which ensure that our methods are constantly being monitored and improved as medical science and technology continue to advance. Our quality policy principles include: demonstrating our commitment to our clients and health care provider partners, providing a high quality therapeutic stem cell product, commitment to innovation and continuous improvement within our processes and services, and in promoting quality awareness.
Every step in the collection, transport, processing, testing, storage and release of cord blood stem cells is meticulously documented and controlled by adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and all processes and materials used are audited and monitored against performance indicators to ensure your peace of mind regarding the safety and quality of your stored cord blood stem cells.

Quality in our Accreditation
Insception’s Quality System has earned accreditation from the AABB Accreditation Program, which oversees the certification of organizations involved in cellular therapy, transplant medicine and blood banking. Since its formation in 1947, the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) has continued to support the highest standards of medical, technical and administrative performance; scientific investigation; and clinical application through standard setting, accreditation, education, advocacy and other activities. Unlike any other accreditation body, blood banking, transfusion medicine and cellular therapy are core competencies of AABB.
AABB Accreditation is the designation of choice for blood banking, transfusion medicine, blood management and cellular therapies because it demonstrates an organization's
commitment to advanced learning, continuous improvement, and innovation by striving to sustain the highest possible level of patient and donor care. AABB accredited organizations are recognized by their peers as leaders in their field and as pivotal voices in the dialogue through which consensus-based, voluntary standards are developed and implemented.
