Erin, Business Development Associate, BC
Erin is passionate about cord blood and has an unprecedented amount of industry experience, as she started her career with Lifebank more than 18 years ago. With a strong understanding about the importance of saving cord blood stem cells for today and for the future, Erin works with healthcare professionals to provide updated information about collection methods, transplants, and clinical trials surrounding cord blood and cord tissue.
As a BC resident for over 30 years, Erin understands the unique needs of BC, and goes above and beyond to raise awareness about the importance of cord blood and cord tissue stem cells.
Diane, Client Services, BC
Although Diane started her career in the Insception Lifebank Mississauga office more than four years ago, she has recently returned to her hometown of Vancouver to manage our Burnaby office. In her role, Diane educates parents about the benefit of cord blood and cord tissue stem cells, and makes sure that they have everything they need to ensure a smooth collection process. Since Diane has managed client enquiries from across the country in her previous role, she brings with her a wealth of experience and is a wonderful asset to the BC team.
For those of you lucky enough to have met Diane, you know that she genuinely enjoys educating clients about the value of stem cells. In fact, Diane comes from a family with a history of genetic illnesses, and knows firsthand the impact that cord blood can have.
