With teenagers and young children back in school, families across Canada can prepare for the fall shopping season for babies and toddlers. Special baby events are scheduled in major cities across the country over the next few months, and will feature the latest toys, crafts, activities, and baby care devices to all attending families.
The first event is called ‘The Baby Show,’ and will be held inside Ottawa’s Ernst & Young Centre on September 28 and 29. The event is expected to feature up to 150 exhibitors, who will each display their latest innovative products and services for babies and toddlers alike.
The second event will be held in Calgary on October 19 and 20, appropriately called ‘The Calgary Baby & Tot Show.’ Exhibitors at the Calgary show include members of the Care Bears, who will be on hand to meet thousands of children. Organizers of the Gymboree Play & Music Play Zone will also be attending, and will bring their unique programs that encourage parental involvement in child development.
The third event is scheduled for November 2 and 3 in London at the Western Fair Progress Building. The London Baby & Tots Expo will bring together the best products and services provided by some of the community’s top childhood development businesses.
The final event, ‘The Babytime Show,’ will occur in Toronto at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from November 8 until November 10. Attending the event will be representatives from Lego and Duplo as well as a Kid’s Café sponsored by Natrel Baboo, featuring some of the healthiest drinks for babies and toddlers. Bayview Sheppard RMT will also return to the Babytime Show, and will bring along a special pregnancy massage therapy clinic for expecting mothers.
